This thing is a rotten, poorly designed POS. What they don’t tell you is whatever pot metal they use for the rail system fuses itself to the plastic that goes in the slot track. After using it for 1 summer and trying to replace it with the tonneau cover that goes along with it, it next to impossible. After fighting for an hour to get the top off of the front track, one corner started ripping. Whatever, i do get it separated and guess what…the tonneau covers plastic thing that goes into that slot on the front track is too big. I just gave up! This company is trash along with their products. The huge kick in the balls is they bought out the only competitor and with assuredly ruin that one too.

This fits and works perfect on my Colorado. It is a two person job to install the fabric portion in cold weather though. The instructions are complete and easy to follow.

I super excited when I ordered this topper for my 2016 Tacoma. I was even more excited when I received it. However, during the installation process, I noticed that when I put the frame together and laid it out that the front and rear rails were barely touching the bulkhead and tailgate. The rubber seals on the bottom just barely touched. Thinking that it may just be the way it laid out I continued with the install. The most challenging part is pulling the canvas tight and installing the windows. After the install was complete I was very pleased with the look and thought how nice and convenient it will be to lay the complete topper down for more space. A few days went by and the topper got plenty of compliments as it does look nice on the tuck. Then the rains came! I figured it would get some water in it but……Not that much. It got so much water in it like it wasn’t even on. I got less water in a cheap sub-hundred dollar tonneau cover I replaced this topper with! I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the windows, zippers and seams as the just allowed water to free flow right in. Bottom line is this product looks better than it performs. Requesting a full refund! I’m only giving it a 1 star because of the looks and not performance.

I was skeptical because the first version of this top was poorly regarded and other brand was recommended in most places.
Became pleasantly surprised as I began install. Just as great as Bestop tops I grew up with my father using on his jeep wranglers. But things have improved obviously. Fabric is very heavy
Install is rough if doing it by yourself but very doable.
Overall looks great, built to last.
Only complaint is looks like a tolerances are a little loose for the panels at the corners and frame at the corners. so don’t expect it to stay perfectly dry in the entire bed if driving in bad weather. Don’t need everything in waterproof containers, but I wouldn’t leave a Hoodie laying in the back especially near a corner and expect it to be perfectly dry after driving through a bad storm.

This is solid. Watch some videos on YouTube on how to install. Get your measurements right. This fit perfect on my Toyo Taco 6 ft bed. Only thing that was super tough was getting the zippers connected and stretching the canopy to fit all angles. I did it in cold raining weather in my garage. If you let canopy heat up and stretch in the sun just as the directions say I recommend it. Super water resistant too. Enjoy!

Since I’ve put this on my truck less than a month ago I’ve put over 2k on it in two states. Absolutely amazing and works great for my dogs.

Extremely hard to fit. Makes allot of squeaking noise when driving. You get what you pay for recommend a hard shell. If it’s a temporary situation then it not bad for the money.

As of now you have probably done some research online and watched some videos on this topper. Well let me tell you first hand about it. 2016 Chevy Colorado 6’ bed crew cab ….Z 71 of course . First, the installation not bad or hard . The only issue I had was there was paint in the screw holes making it challenging to Allen key small set screws (with the fear of cross thread or snapping ). Well I found a salutation , my bore brush (cal. 5.56) worked great with just a little twist in and out of each hole . Second , next day it rained all day (NC coastal rain) and no leaks .
To me it looks good and is made out of sturdy materials . I like it and can’t wait for some actual field testing .

Overall very nice I love it. The only thing is you need someone very strong to pull down the canvas to snap them in.
