Excellent oil for the price. I purchased the 5-quart jug for less than $16 shipped! (Amazon has been forced to collect sales tax in my state — grrrr!)
I’ve found that this conventional oil easily lasts 5,000 miles in my grandmother’s mini-van. She frequently drives in traffic as she’s uncomfortable on the freeways (and we live in Phoenix where temperatures are regularly 100°F+). That’s one of the more abusive environments for an engine and Mag 1 stands up to it.
The oil analysis suggests that I could probably push this oil to 6,000 or maybe even 7,000 miles but I’ll stick to the 5,000 mile interval since my grandmother only drives 8,000-9,000 miles per year.

I’m rating this a 5 because it is oil at a good price. What can you say about oil? It’s black, has a nice viscosity level that keeps my car running nicely.
