Installed on ‘22 Silverado. Very easy install. All needed parts included. I think they look nice, see pics and you decide. The tubing is tough and the welds are good. Once installed jumping on them is a non issue. I checked the bolts after a couple days driving and still tight.
Good value for price of $300.00.
My wife can now get in easily while wearing a dress and our dog no longer has to jump high.

I bought these just prior to picking up my 2024 Silverado 1500 RST, because I knew that with the added ground clearance of a 4 wheel drive vehicle it would be a little more difficult to get in and out of. Originally said it would be almost 2 weeks to ship from California, but I received mine in about a week. These running boards are heavy duty and well made. I love the textured powder coat black finish. I had pre-watched an install video, so, along with the well written instructions, installation was a breeze. The support brackets attach to threaded holes that were already on my truck. I recommend leaving the brackets just a little loose until you get the running boards exactly where you want, front to rear. I was able to mount these by myself ( I am a young at heart 67 year old), although you may want to get some help as (did I mention), these are heavy duty. After attaching the running boards to the brackets, tighten everything up and you are good to go. I think these running boards add a good look to my truck as well as being very functional. It is now easy to get into and out of the truck, so money well spent. One note. The instructional video said 20 minute install. I found that it took me a good 3 hours, although the second side went much faster than the first. These aren’t the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I feel they are worth the $309, at least to me and should provide an added measure of protection to my rocker panels to boot. Thanks for reading.

Heavy and very sturdy. I was able to install them without jacking up my truck. Very pleased and would recommend them. You will need a 13mm deep socket.

We just bought a new Silverado and were in the market for some running boards. They had to be step up due to the height of our truck. These Star Strider boards from Tyger look awesome on our truck. They arrived two days earlier than I expected and everything was packed really well. The instructions were crystal clear and everything was marked for a easy install. I took my time with the install which took me about 1 1/2 hours to complete by myself. I spent a lot of time getting the plugs out of the frame. The local shop wanted $750 for boards and installation and I got these for half that price. Thank you Tyger for delivering a great product.

So the install went smooth. Came with all the mounting hardware and nuts and bolts mounted to the truck flawlessly. Adds an awesome aggressive off road look and is very sturdy. Me and my wife got on and kinda bounced on it and it held solid for both sides. I used a small impact for the bolts. I feel like it’ll hold up a long time. We will see but for now I will give it 5 stars. It’s everything i need. And looks are on point for me.
