Its a two person job, do not try to put it on by yourself. Once its on the truck it functions great looks awsome. Yes it does leak a little during heavy rain storms. The ability to roll up and have it stop at any place is awsome. Pricy it is

I installed this RetraxPro XR on my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup. It didn’t have plastic plugs low in the back of the bulkhead to run the drain tubes thru like I saw on some installation videos. It just had a couple of holes in the floor. The holes were too small and I ended up filing them out with a round file. I installed the drain tubes before putting the cover into the bed. As for putting the cover on, make sure that you and your helper can lift the canister over the tailgate, because the canister is too wide to go thru the tailgate opening.
The whole unit is very nicely made with heavy duty parts. The clamps are so much sturdier then the vinyl tonneau covers I have had.

I love the functionality. The roll top is cool, but wow, canister takes up a lot of space. I would not have purchased it without the t-rail availability. Have to get that space back somewhere.

This cover leaks at every single slat along both sides. I can’t keep anything in my bed without it being in a plastic bin with a cover on it. $2000 is insulting for how bad this thing leaks. It’s great in theory, looks nice and the rails/racks are why I purchased it but I’m going to be getting something else as the leaks are just intolerable. I haven’t felt this ripped off since Biden won the rigged election.
