  2. Mitch Martin

Lo uso para remolcar mi lancha y sin problema, está sobrado de resistencia tanto la bola como el vastago

  3. Sufi

Heavy duty and well paint coated.

  4. Don Drysdale

Exceptional attention to detail! The ball was pre-mounted, and the writing was perfectly oriented toward the trailer. I have had Reese hitches as well as others, and they are solid and fine, but the heft and quality of the welds and paint set the Curt brand apart! I am willing to bet that they treat their employees very well, and set a high standard for them.

  5. Micheal Long

Haven’t used it, but seems well built, good paint ball and pin

I wanted the 7500 lb rating for good measure. I’m satisfied with the product and price.

The CURT 45036 Trailer Hitch Mount is a must-have for anyone who frequently tows trailers or other heavy loads. This hitch mount is built to last with a rugged 7,500 lbs capacity, making it perfect for both light and medium-duty towing jobs. The 2-inch drop is ideal for leveling your trailer for a smooth and safe towing experience. I love the gloss black powder coat finish—not only does it look sleek, but it also offers excellent rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability, even in tough weather conditions. The 2-inch ball and pin are included, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. Whether you’re hauling a boat, camper, or trailer, the CURT hitch mount gives you the strength and reliability you need. A solid, high-quality choice for any towing enthusiast! 🛻🔧

The product is very good, but the hitch pin doesn’t match on Toyota Tacoma 2024. It’s to short.

  9. Judith Jefferies

the ball screw washer was not facing the pipe correctly it was tightened while the angle was a little off

Strong durable hitch! Used it so my wife’s vehicle could pull jet ski from NC to Fl. Never had any issues.

This is a high-quality product. I used it on my truck to pull a U-Haul trailer and it worked great. Any products who are willing to put their name on deserve some recognition. This is one of them!

Used this 2″ trailer hitch a few times with zero issues. The specs listed on this are a 2″ drop or a 3/4″ rise if flipped the other direction. It’s rated for 7500 lbs gross trailer weight, and 750 lbs max tongue weight. Although these are the specs for the trailer hitch, every vehicle has a different rating that should be equal or lower than the rating of the hitch. Be sure to verify those numbers to ensure proper towing safety.

My primary use case for this was in an older 2001 Land Rover that needed the hitch a little down and away from the bumper. 2 inches was the perfect amount of drop for this without sacrificing too much for a trailer to stay level. The addition of the black paint made it a really snug fit in my receiver. Albeit, there might be a very small amount of rust buildup in the receiver. When installing, I need to give it a few light kicks to get it all the way in. It shouldn’t need to come off very often, so this is just fine for me. I would prefer it being a little snug rather than rattling around all the time.

The hitch ball and included hardware are of decent quality and have had no issues with corrosion or rust build up yet, but time will tell. The bolt securing the hitch ball was properly torqued right out of the box, but is something should check any ways.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good quality hitch to tow their toys around with.
