Stick with the name brand. Curt products are still leading the way in this market.

Top quality. Be sure to figure out which 7-pin pattern you need to wire. There are three different ones. Utility trailer, RV, and heavier duty trailers.

Worth every penny! Easy installl, so easy a girl with no experience did it lol. Seriously though, this was a great repair to that 7 pin that falls and drags because you didn’t latch in quite right as a newbie. Great product! Saved me 100s in professional repairs I almost did instead.

I had intermittent problems with lights not working on my trailer. The photo above shows a connector purchased at Harbor Freight (left). The connector on the right is the one made by Curt. As you see the contacts are much larger and I no longer have any issues.

I was getting error codes when I had my trailer plugged in to my pickup. The old connector was a sloppy fit. This new connector was easy to install and solved all the problems.

Wire colors printed on unit do not follow RVP trailer standard. Works fine once wired correctly though
