For what I needed this for I call it perfection.
The ribbon is exactly 24 inches long and from end to end to the tips of the D rings it is about 27 inches. It is also flexible and not stiff.
I am going to put it around my two front forks on my motorcycle and then attach both D rings to my winch clevis and winch the bike on to a trailer with me sitting on it, while holding a wireless remote control for the winch. Does not get any easier than that.
