   I bought a set of these a little over a year ago for my GMC Acadia. At that time they were a little over $100 for the set and I recall thinking how overpriced I thought they were at that time. I put them on. They did not fit super well at first but we got them in place. They remained in place and looked good, I will say that much. The price for them has gone up to nearly 300 dollars now, and I would not even consider these items for that price. They are ok, but they’re only made of thin powder-coated aluminum with cheap hardware. Don’t see much in the way of competition on these items, which probably explains the blatant price gouge. No thank you!

   Poor quality and manufacturer wouldn’t help me replace the defective part.
